By using YTindir you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

YTindir is a free tool that lets users convert content from YouTube links they provide into MP3 or MP4 for personal use. We do not host, index or recommend content; prepared files are deleted shortly after.

2. Copyright and responsibility

• Only download content you hold the rights to, have permission for, or that is published under an open licence.
• All legal responsibility for the use of downloaded content lies with the user. YTindir cannot be held liable for users’ copyright infringements.
• Complying with the YouTube Terms of Service is the user’s obligation.
• Rights holders may send infringement notices to the site admin; they are reviewed promptly.

3. Usage limits

Hourly download counts and video duration limits apply to share server resources fairly. They may change without notice. Using automation, multiple accounts or similar means to bypass limits leads to suspension.

4. Prohibited use

• Reselling the service or using it for bulk downloading.
• Overloading the server or attempting to bypass security measures.
• Processing illegal, harmful or rights-infringing content.

5. Accounts

Membership is free. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private. You may delete your account at any time; admins may suspend or delete accounts that break the rules.

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary, non-refundable and do not entitle you to any service or privilege.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that any specific video can be downloaded. YTindir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
